Situated in Bedford, our National Call Centre employs over 80 customer facing Call Agents and support staff, enabling customers to contact us swiftly to initiate solutions to their reception problems. 

This central facility incorporates the latest ACD telephone systems and custom-built computer call booking systems, ensuring that our national network of over 500+ aerial contractors can provide customers with a rapid and effective service response, whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. 

So if you are having problems receiving existing ‘terrestrial’ analogue television/ radio services or the new digital broadcasts through your existing aerial, we believe that DTS can help you with the minimum amount of fuss.
